What to do if you have a problem during EPSC2022
We would like everyone participating in EPSC2022 to feel comfortable and have a positive, enjoyable experience. If you have any technical issues, please contact email@example.com. We would like to hear your comments in our feedback survey at the end of the meeting. However, if there are any issues, observations or suggestions that you would like to talk to us about while you are in Granada, please come along to the Europlanet Society stand. A member of the EPSC2022 Executive Committee will be happy to come and meet with you and hear your thoughts.
The EPSC2022 conference assistants will be present at all times in the meeting rooms to help you.
If you have any issues that you want to discuss before the meeting, please contact the Scientific Organizing Committee for scientific questions or the EPSC Executive Committee for general issues.
If you have experienced or have witnessed behaviour which is contrary to the EPSC2022 Code of Conduct at EPSC2022, on social media or Slack, please contact the Europlanet administrators by completing this form.
You can fill this in anonymously, but we will be unable to follow up with you about your report without a working email address.
The process for resolving any issues raised is outlined in the Europlanet Society Code of Conduct (Section 6).
The reporting system does not constitute an emergency service.
