Splinter meeting & workshop request
For splinter meetings or workshops organized by participants during the course of the conference, 18–23 September 2022 (Sunday to Friday), we have reserved a room free of charge (including projector) for the splinter meeting/workshop organizer(s). The room (Sala de Prensa) has theatre-style seating and has capacity for 50 persons. Please note that a computer or microphones are not provided in the splinter meeting room.
Splinter meetings and workshops, and the respective room are not available for booking as an extension of a regular programme session. Splinter meeting/workshop requests are subject to availability/vacancy of the room. Requests for Sunday will only be possible for the afternoon slots.
Please note that every participant of a splinter meeting or workshop must be registered for the conference at least for the day in order to have access to the building and meeting rooms.
The meeting room can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby max. 2 successive time blocks can be blocked per splinter meeting/workshop:

In order to reserve a room for a splinter meeting/workshop, please submit your request by email. Please indicate the following information in your request:
- Title of your splinter meeting/workshop
- Name, email address and Copernicus Office user ID of organizer(s)
- Description of your splinter meeting/workshop (will be displayed in the online programme)
- Preferred day and time block for splinter meeting/workshop
- Type of splinter meeting/workshop: "Public" or "by invitation only"
Your request will be be handled on a first come - first serve basis and reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee. You will be informed by email.
